Sarah and Tsutsu, the roving trader, have come to a war zone at the site of a buried city. For Tsutsu, there's no business like war profit business, but when Sarah befriends an orphaned farm girl, she quickly finds herself forced to choose between equally fascistic sides in a bloody war.
